We were set the task of creating a play about the festival Dahi Handi - a festival which celebrates Krishna and how he liked to steal Makhan (curd) with his troops the Makhan Chor. People usher in the festival by enacting the role of the Makhan Chor by creating human pyramids to enable them to smash as many Dahi Handi pots as possible. It was great fun and we just have to sort a few things out before we perform then tommorrow. After lunch my Punjabi suit arrived WOOOOP!!!! I love the trouser there fab. All the participants went to watch a Bollywood movie in the afternoon. There was a slight twist as the whole movie was in Hindi and there were no subtitles - which made it interesting, well rather amusing, as I was somehow able to understand what was going on.
